BCA / BBA


Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.) is a 3 to 4-year undergraduate degree focused on computer applications. It spans six to eight semesters. BCA addresses the rapidly expanding realm of information and communication technologies, essential components of virtually any business strategy. Businesses aiming to leverage the latest communication and information technologies require highly qualified individuals capable of tackling challenges at the intersection of technology and business using computer science concepts. Students enrolled in the BCA program are exposed to a wide array of computer applications, including the latest advancements in the field.

Eligiblity Criteria
For BCA

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:-

The candidate,-

(i) should be a citizen of India;

(ii) should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2024 conducted by the Competent Authority;

OR

(iii) should have passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent.

All India Candidature Candidates:-

The candidate,-

(i) should be a citizen of India;

(ii) should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero positive scorein Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG) or obtained non-zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET- 2024 conducted by the Competent Authority: Provided that, preference shall be given to the candidate obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG)over the candidates obtained non zero score in

NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Foreign National (FN) Candidates:-

(i) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University;

OR

(ii) The candidate should have passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent;

(iii) Any other eligibility criteria or requirements declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

For BBA

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:-

The candidate,-

(i) should be a citizen of India;

(ii) should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero score in the MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2024 conducted by the

All India Candidature Candidates:-

The candidate,-

(i) should be a citizen of India;

(ii) should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Affiliating University Admission Policy and obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate

Non Resident Indian (NRI) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO), Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National Candidature Candidates:-

(i) The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University; and

(ii) Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Documents Required
For BCA
  1. CAP Seat Allotment Letter from the CET CELL ( For CAP students only ).
  2. BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2025 / CUET Score card for current year.
  3. Marksheet of SSC (Std. X) examination
  4. Marksheet of HSC (Std. XII) / (AICTE) approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent Certificate .
  5. Migration Certificate ( in case of candidate passing qualifying exam. from any other Board other than Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education. )
  6. Gap Certificate on stamp paper of Rs.20/- duly notarized. (This is for those candidates who have passed HSC /12th Standard/ Diploma in March 2025 or before and presently not studying in any course / institution.)
  7. Domicile Certificate of candidate.(If necessary)
  8. Caste Certificate for Backward class Candidates.
  9. Caste Validity Certificate for SC/ST/VJ/DT, (NT-A), (NT-B), (NT-C), (NT-D) /OBC/SBC.
  10. Non Creamy Layer (This certificate should be valid upto 31st March 2027) for VJ/DT-NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), SBC, SEBC and OBC .
  11. Proforma –A, Proforma –B, Proforma – G1, Proforma – G2 required for Type of Candidate – C,D,E, respectively. ( As mentioned in DTE (MH.) brochure.) (if applicable)
  12. Necessary certificates required for Type of candidate -Def-1, Def-2, Def-3,Physical handicapped students, J & K Migrant Candidates, Economically weaker section as mentioned in DTE (MH.) Brochure.( if applicable )
  13. Physical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  14. AICTE anti-ragging undertaking by students & parents on Rs.100/- Non Judicial paper duly notarized(Format to be collected from Admin Office). Students & Parents also need to fill ONLINE at: www.amanmovement.org OR www.antiragging.in and printout to be submitted in Admin Office.
  15. Affidavit for Minority status on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper duly notarized (Format should be produce at Admission counter ). ( if necessary )
  16. Aadhar Card (Xerox copy)
For BBA

Admission Procedure

Government of Maharashtra has established a State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL) under Admission Regulating Authority (ARA) as per the provision in Section 10 of Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015, (Herein after called the Act). The Competent Authority shall conduct the ENTRANCE TEST FOR FIRST YEAR OF THREE / FOUR YEAR FULL TIME UNDER GRADUATE DEGREE COURSE in Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)/Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) for A Y 2024-25.
