Hostel Rules & Regulations
- The Hostel accommodation for male as well female students.
- College Identity Card should be made available anytime on demand.
- Students from outside Mumbai should provide with complete details of their native place along with their local contact address (if any).
- Student shall not indulge in any act or activity that is objectionable under law or ethics. Student shall not directly or indirectly participate in abetting or propagating ragging within or outside the hostel premises & shall be punishable as per ragging act on conviction. The victim of ragging should immediately inform in writing to the Warden/ Principal/Management about the incident and strict action shall be taken against any student who is caught in indulging into any such act of Ragging or Harassment to another student.
- Student shall pay the hostel charges on yearly basis (for academic year) at the time of admission in the hostel which is not refundable.
- Hostel charges shall include all the charges paid by the student towards his usage for Lodging /Boarding. In case of any Cancellation of admission at any time after the admission, hostel fees shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Only the Security Deposit shall be refundable, if the cancellation is intimated by prior notice. The charges exclude electricity charges.
- Student shall be responsible individually and collectively for any misuse/damage to the furniture/fixtures. In case of damage, strict action shall be taken by the authority which may include monetary compensation.
- Student shall maintain the hostel timings i.e. student must return to the hostel in a disciplined manner before 11.00 p.m.
- Student shall allow only guardian/parents in his room with prior permission from hostel warden.
- Student shall obey the instructions/orders given by the Warden which will be binding on them.
- Student shall avail special permission in writing from the Principal & Warden two days in advance before going out of the hostel campus on holidays or otherwise.
- Student shall take care of their valuable belongings and shall not claim anything, if misplaced or lost.
- Student shall not cook or prepare any kind of food in the room.
- Student may use Domestic electrical appliances viz. hot plate, iron, etc in the room at his own risk.
- Student shall not disturb his roommates/neighbours by use of Music System/Radio/TV/Computer or any other way.
- Student shall not consume tobacco /alcohol and intoxicant product in any form, he will be instantly expelled from the hostel if found doing so. Smoking is not permitted in the hostel Premises.
- Code of Conduct and Discipline should be maintained at all times.
